General conditions:
- Guests are required to pay a €200,00 deposit on receiving the keys
- CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Guests can check into their apartment after 3 pm on Saturdays and are kindly required to leave between 7 am and 10 am the day of departure.
- The number of guests in each apartment cannot be more than indicated in the description ( including young children)
- Balance must be paid on receiving keys
- The following penalties are applied on cancellation of bookings:
20% of the total sum up to 28 days before beginning of stay
50% of the total sum up to 3 days before beginning of stay
100% of the total sum beyond this period.
Included in the price: gas and water
Not included: electricity and final cleaner minimun € 25.00
